Icograda's Executive Board is elected at each General Assembly. Members serve in a volunteer capacity, donating their time and expertise to further Icograda's mandate.
Between 1963 and 2007, twenty one Icograda boards have donated their leadership skills and time to furthering Icograda's goals and objectives.
The Icograda Secretariat is staffed by a core team based in Montreal, Canada. Project staff and rotating internships enhance Icograda's human resources.
