Escuela de Comunicación Mónica Herrera
Mónica Herrera School of Communications and Design was founded in Santa Tecla, El Salvador in 1995. The School offers two Bachelor degrees: Strategic Desing and Integrated Marketing Communcations. Our academic programmes connect theory with practice, creativity, reflection, and research to form innovative designers and communicators who are able to transform their environment by creating strategic solutions to the many challenges they encounter.
Our Bachelor’s Degree in Strategic Design wants to shape the problem solvers of tomorrow. We aim at educating designers who will be able to combine design, business, and the social sciences to develop products, strategies, processes, services, and experiences that respond to the current dilemmas that our society, country, and planet face. We hope our students will be able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create solutions that improve the quality of life of those their designs address and reach.
