About the design
This work was created for a series of books of contemporary literature.
The
idea was to capture the atmosphere of each work without it being a
literary illustration. Although each book is morphollogically
different,
they all come together on a structural level with their universal character.
About the designer
Iva Babaja, born in Zagreb, Croatia in 1974, graduated from the
Hochschule fur Angewandte Kunst in Vienna (in graphic arts). She is a
graphic designer and photographer, exhibiting her work both in Croatia
and abroad and working as a freelance artist for publishing, theatre,
magazines, advertising agencies and institutions such as the Croatian
Board of Tourism.
