About the designer
Niklaus Troxler: "I'm a professional in graphic design as well as an
artist in many different fields such as art on architecture, design on
products or art and design for special events.
"I
feel a design has to have a personal style and convey an artistic
message; personal interpretation is all important. Moreover, the design
has to be true to the medium, that is to say, it is essential that I
create a "Poster" or a mural. The solution is simplicity.
"I do
what I can for myself in my studio. The secret is to concentrate, and
to rely on my curiosity, to let myself be carried away by
improvisation, trusting that my taste, or sensibilities, won't allow
banalieties. The message has priority over the form, creativeness over
aeshetics, and expression over perfect design. "
