About the design
Peltonen has made cross country skis for racing, touring and back
country skiing for more than 50 years. About ten years the product
design has been made by Viktor Kaltala/Viktorno Design.
Peltonen's SUPRA COSMIC 2000 were developed for skating ski tracks and their
main yellow color was considered to match the racing shoes, poles and
bindings.
The top racing ski design (realized by silk
screen method) is to distinguish the skis from others and is most
important for calling the attention of media in the races.
