Nicky Alden is a partner at Ink Lounge Creative, a small multidisciplinary creative studio based in Denver, Colorado, USA. Nicky is vigilant about designing with a conscious and creating without excessive spending or resources. Her many years in design includes work as creative director for one of Colorado’s largest non-profits, as well as design for Dillard’s and Colorado newspapers and teaching in the Communication Design department at Metropolitan State College of Denver. Nicky served as Vice-President of AIGA Colorado, serving 4 years total. In 2007 she was chosen to participate in the AIGA XCD Sharing Dreams Poster project and traveled to Havana, Cuba for the exhibit.
