The Greek Graphic Designers' Association (GGDA) was founded in 1983 and is the national association for professional graphic designers. The GGDA provides an advisory and arbitrating role for its member designers. We inform our members of developments in the field of Graphic Design and coordinate the efforts of all graphic designers in order to facilitate the advancement of the graphic design profession in Greece.

We provide a forum for dialogue and exchange of ideas and information on issues relating to communication design. We offer advice and support in matters pertaining to fees, ethical practise, copyright etc. to our members.

The principal vehicle of the association is the General Assembly, which decides on all matters pertaining to the advancement of the association's goals, as well as every issue submitted to it. The GGDA is ruled by a nine-member Executive Board, which is elected every two years.
