The Korea Institute of Design Promotion (KIDP) is the only design body in Korea to plan and implement national design policies and strategies. Affiliated to the Ministery of Knowledge Economy, KIDP aims to strengthen the competitiveness of the Korean design industry. Among the major functions of KIDP are supporting the design industry and designers, improving design edcuation & training, promoting Korean design both nationally and abroad, building design infrastructure and raising design awareness across the nation.
