Zgraf jury announced - deadline approaching

Zagreb (Croatia) - The Croatian Association of Artists of Applied Arts (ULUPUH) has announced the full jury list for its International Exhibition of Graphic Design and Visual Communications, Zgraf 11. The deadline for submissions is 31 January 2012. Selected works will be exhibited at the main Zgraf exhibition, 15 March - 5 April 2012, and will be published in the Zgraf catalogue.

Poster for tomorrow announces brief for 2012: Gender Equality Now!

Paris (France) - Poster for Tomorrow recently announced the brief for their annual poster competition. This year the theme is 'Gender Equality Now!' with the call for entries set to open on 8 March 2012. The deadline to submit is 10 July 2012, followed by online jury voting 20 July - 10 September 2012, a live jury session on 5 October 2012 and the Worldwide exhibitions will open 10 December 2012.

SEGD Welcomes Seven New Members to Diverse, International Board of Directors

Washington (United States) - SEGD, the Society for Environmental Graphic Design, announced the appointment of seven new members to its international Board of Directors. Amy Lukas, principal of Infinite Scale (Salt Lake City) and a board member since 2007, is the new board president, succeeding Wayne McCutcheon, principal of Entro Communications (Toronto).

Aarhus (Denmark) - The Danish Poster Museum (Dansk Plakatmuseum) seeks submission to their 'To Be Human' open international poster competition as part of the Aarhus International Poster Show 2012. The deadline for entries is 1 March 2012.
