MIX08 is a cultural exchange project, developed by Indigo, the international indigenous design network, for tertiary design students from Icograda Education Network, Icsid Education Network, IFI Education Network, Cumulus International Association of Universities and Colleges of Art, Design and Media and other institutions around the world.

MIX08 invites students to collaborate with their local communities and peers, either within or outside their schools, and respond to the MIX08 brief in the form of a poster. The context for this brief is drawn from the 2008 Kyoto Design Declaration.
