Call for nominations: 2009-2011 Executive Board
Montreal (Canada) - Icograda Member organisations have until 24 July 2009 to nominate candidates for the 2009-2011 Executive Board. Elections will take place at the Icograda General Assembly 23 from 24-25 October 2009 in Beijing, China.Nominations are welcome from Icograda Professional, Promotional, Educational and Corporate Members in good standing. Members may submit their nominations through the Members' Area on the Icograda Website.

Leimei Julia Chiu appointed Executive Director of JIDPO
Tokyo (Japan) - Leimei Julia Chui, Icograda Vice President 1997-2001, has been appointed Executive Director of Japan Industrial Design Promotion Organization (JIDPO). Leimei has spent most of her adult life working to help designers and students of design promote their work across national and cultural barriers.
